  We took our dogs in March to get bathed and one to get shaved down. Upon entrance to the location the groomer attacked us about how we want him shaved down and how. Even to the point that she raised her voice at us, her fellow coworkers were shaken, and her manager was on the phone. We left took our dogs to doctor Jenny next door. I called the location to talk with the manager and she came over to me and my wife. She agreed that the groomer was wrong, and that she apologized for the way she acted. Fast forward when we go to pick up our dogs, the one looks extremely shaved down, and had several small cuts on him. I've posted pictures on google. Now 2 months later his coat is not growing in evenly and it's never done this before. I think she did damage to his coat. We will never go back, but we do recommend Dr. Jenny at riverbark vet office
